Please look through this current entry list as there have been a lot of changes since the last posting. Several racers have withdrawn and several alternates are now in. We have added a few more heats and there are currently openings in Modified EDM, Nitro Latemodel and Nitro Sprint. If you would like to sign up for any of these classes please call (704)489-8147 on Monday after 9am or send an email to cwusowc@aol.com with all of your entry information. Please do not post it here or send a pm.

Also please look through the information listed to see if we have your transponder, frequency, shirt size and pit requirements listed. If it is not listed next to at least one of your entries please let me know by posting the info on this thread only or by sending an email to cwusowc@aol.com. Do not use the private message option on this site for this.

If you are on the list and will not be able to attend this year please call (704)489-8147 after 9am on Monday to let us know. There are several alternates in several classes and we would like to give everyone who wants to attend an opportunity to do so. All entries will be billed prior to Wednesday 12/03 and no refunds will be given after that time.

lol ... At the Freeze earlier this year they called it the "Salvas' way" ... I need to clarify that it's actually "Gerry's way" (St-Rock race director) ... I really don't want any pissed off racer coming over my pit stall and complain that he didn't start his race because of me lol ...

Brad, what Steve Salvas is saying is... At the Freeze, there was a milk crate setting at all the points for turn marshalls, you would proceed to that spot after finishing your heat. Put your radio inside, with your car on top, and do your duties as a turn marshall. When that heat was over, pick up your stuff and go back to your pit.
It worked flawlessly and everyone wasnt going every-which-a-way trying to figure out where they needed to be.
I am all for it, considering I forgot to go straight to my point last year :o and Scotty called my name several times, lol. Just less embarrassment, lol.

Just a question, will we be able to get in on monday and setup pit and get motors/batterys for spec? I know it say track is closed but we can do some arm chair racing LOL

Also last year I pitted in the section closer to the hobby shop. Will that area be used for pits this year? I like it there I had a bit more room and that helped me because I run 3 classes. I am also disabled (no wheel chair) and the extra room made it more cumfy for my bad back. The only problem was it was a bit cold and when nitros ran the fumes got a bit heavy in there.
