From what i heard, Tornado fuel is the best fuel you can use in a TG.

I was talking to Del. He said that he'll be online again Friday. As far as 30%, you can run it, but because you cannot shim for it, you need to run the engine fat. Otherwise, it'll grenade.

30% works just fine in TG's. And no you don't have to run the motor fat.
